Cardio Conditioning Class

IMG_4133.PNGSo this evening will be the first Cardio Conditioning Class at Gerardi Strength. This is something I’ve been wanting to do for quite some time now, and I’m finally putting it all together.

The class is 45 minutes, of constant movement. It’s a small group session, focused on keeping your heart rate elevated. The small group allows me to be able to coach whoever is in attendance, and customize certain parts of the class based on individual needs. This isn’t your typical Zumba, or Jazzercise class. We will be using the ladder, kettle bells, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls and more each week. The different equipment all serves a different purpose, and helps to target different muscle groups that flat running, or the stair master just don’t quite get.

Im so excited to be working on my next adventure and building up my business the way I want to. My hope is that you will enjoy the ride with me, and together we can achieve the goals we have set.

That being said, if you would like to sign up for one of the classes, let me know. You can enroll on a week by week basis, and change between the Wednesday or Saturday class.

Like I said before… I CANT WAIT!!!! 😁😁
